The visit takes place in several stages: discover the museum space, take part in the Hydrogame, take a guided tour of the hydroelectric power station (included with your entry – offered by EDF) and finally let yourself be surprised in the forest of sounds by his forty mechanical sound poetics.

The visit is done in several stages (to be organized freely): discover the museum space, part at the Hydrogame and take a guided tour of the hydroelectric power station.
First stage of your visit with the discovery of water, hydraulic energy and the industry present in the Orlu valley. To better understand the challenges and advantages of this energy, a Immersive and interactive hydrogame will get you in shape!
Continue the visit with a play area : a first play area for stimulate your thinking and your senses, the second zone being dedicated to children aged 3 to 12.
Next, enter the reserve house: an immersive and lively space where a journey of discovery awaits you. Explore the different natural environments of the Orlu reserve, its fauna and flora, put your senses to the test: the experience of the mountain before discovering it, for real!
Also let yourself be surprised in the forest of sounds by its forty poetic sound mechanics and discover many other surprises!

Listening to the birds
You just need to pay attention to it to realize the richness of the nature that surrounds us. By listening and using a few keys, we can understand our environment much better. After a time of listening and identifying a few birds in the room, we will go into the forest to listen and count the sounds of nature just as the technicians of the Orlu National Hunting and Wildlife Reserve regularly do ( +2,50€ per person).
The power of water, or how to harness hydroelectric energy
This workshop perfectly complements the visit to the hydroelectric power station. Experimentation in real size of the power plant and in reduced size in the form of models makes it possible to better perceive the operation and the phenomena at play in the power plant. The sensational, the sensory, the experimental and the reflection will be there by enriching the visit to the power plant with this workshop (+2,50€ per person).
